XRechnung validator (Germany)
Germany requires XRechnung for invoicing federal/state public-sector buyers (B2G); B2B receipt has been mandatory since 2025.
XRechnung is the German CIUS of EN 16931, used for public-sector invoicing and increasingly for B2B. It can be expressed in either UBL or UN/CEFACT CII syntax.
