Peppol BIS Billing 3.0 is a CIUS (Core Invoice Usage Specification) of EN 16931 carried over the Peppol network in UBL syntax. Belgium’s 2026 B2B mandate and many public-sector mandates require it.

InvoiceHub validates the EN 16931 core rules for Peppol UBL invoices today and echoes back the document’s declared profile — it does not assert conformance to a Peppol-specific rule pack we have not tested. On-network transmission is not part of this product; InvoiceHub focuses on producing a valid, pre-validated document upstream of any Access Point.
