Poland’s KSeF national e-invoicing system is rolling out mandatory B2B use in 2026.
KSeF (Krajowy System e-Faktur) is Poland’s centralised e-invoicing platform using a national XML schema (FA_VAT). Businesses must issue and receive structured invoices through it.
InvoiceHub validates EN 16931 UBL invoices today, which is useful for cross-border and pre-conversion checks. Native KSeF schema validation and submission are on our roadmap.
