For UBL 2.1 we run the official CEN EN 16931 Schematron (validation artifacts v1.3.16) — the full published business-rule set, the same one tax authorities and Peppol access points use — and return findings under their exact BR-* identifiers. XSD schema validation and additional syntaxes (CII, Factur-X, XRechnung) are the next additions.

The validation endpoint processes invoices in memory to produce the report. We log validation metadata (format, validity, timing) for analytics, not invoice contents.
